We present ice cream roll in the form of a thin roll. The production of this sweetness is done on a refrigerated plate at -30 degrees.
We first pour our homemade custard to which we add the fragrance of your choice (fruit, biscuits or other).
The iced mixture is then worked with a spatula before the eyes of the diners.
All the subtlety consists of forming elegant and fine strips and then wrapping them before dodriing them with various toppings.
