GUA BAO

An explosion of flavors in your hands

Also called "Taiwanese hamburger", the gua bao is a steamed bread, soft, warm, slightly sweet and ultra soft. Its aerial and slightly sweet texture contrasts wonderfully with the tasty and fragrant fillings that we add to it.

Folded by hand, the bread becomes a soft and hot envelope that welcomes crisp meats as well as crunchy vegetables or melting tofu.

It is the star of our animation, and it is available in several gourmet recipes to please all your guests, carnivores as vegetarians.
